Cat Hotel Reservations:

Reserving a suite is simple and easy

Click on the “Reserve Hotel” button

A new window will appear and you will be prompted to create an account

You will be required to register you and your cat(s) information

PUT IN ALL FIELDS OR “N/A” IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER. (Blank fields will make your reservation not go through)

Please select your veterinarian

Reserve the dates and service that your desire

You may also add on appointments and other services for your cat(s)

Please also indicate any special requests and which suite you prefer at the bottom

Select from either a Presidential Suite, VIP Suite, or Executive Suite

Your reservation will be reviewed by Pounce Hawaii within 48 hours

You will receive confirmation of successful reservation

Pounce Hawaii will send you a “reservation check-list” reminder of what information you still need and what to bring during your cat(s)’ stay

A 50% deposit is required to reserve room, remaining balance & additional services will be due at check-out

If you received a “waitlist” notification, it means we are completely occupied during your requested dates. Please call us for further clarification.

We highly recommend reserving at least a month in advance, or as far ahead as possible! We have limited rooms and fill up quickly!

*Please note: We have a 5-7-night minimum stay for our Royal Suites, depending upon availability. We have a minimum night stay requirement for our peak holiday times: 3 nights for executive suites and 7 nights for all other upgraded suites (Villa, VIP, VIP Window). The holidays include, but are not limited to: Spring Break, Memorial Day weekend (Friday-Tuesday), 4th of July Weekend (Tuesday-Tuesday), Labor Day Weekend (Friday-Tuesday), Fall Break, Thanksgiving Week (Tuesday-Tuesday), and Dec 15-January 10. We have a 5 night minimum (executive) and 7 night minimum for all other upgrades suites for the December-January holiday peak season! We may require minimum night stay for certain busy weeks, depending on availability. If your reservation dates fall into these dates, you may have to meet the minimum night requirement. We have limited availability and try to accommodate our guests as best we can. Please still inquire about your dates and the availability of the room you are requesting. Sometimes we have cancellations and we can squeeze you in for a shorter stay. Thank you for your understanding! We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day for any in-person appointments, check-ins, and check-outs.

Location: We now have 2 locations in Kaka'ako; 839 Queen St and 716 Cooke St. You will be called to confirm your appointment along with the location of your appointment 1-2 days prior to your appointment date. At this time, both of our locations share the same staff, so we appreciate your flexibility with the possible changes in location. There is free parking in front of both locations. Please call us when you are in front of the building so we can meet you at your car for curbside pick up/drop off.
