We offer in-person tours, where you can visit our cat hotel and ensure that we are the proper fit for you and your feline family!

We provide a one-on-one experience for you to answer all of your inquiries during the time of your tour.

You'll be greeted by a manager of Pounce Hawaii with a complimentary coffee or tea to sip while you tour the hotel.

The tour takes about 10-25 minutes.
If you're happy with what you see for your kitty’s needs and standards, you'll be able to conveniently make the reservation with us at the end of the tour!
We allow up to one guest to bring with you on your tour.

We require a non-refundable in-person tour deposit of $55 which must be paid in order to confirm your tour reservation. Should you decide to board with us, you may use this credit toward your cat’s hotel reservation with us.
